Welcome to Dublin Bay Sea Safaris. By making a booking or participating in one of our tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once full payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed departures or no-shows.

Operator Cancellations

Dublin Bay Sea Safaris reserves the right to cancel or postpone tours due to adverse weather, sea conditions, operational issues or any circumstance that may affect passenger safety.

If we cancel your tour, you will be offered either:

  • An alternative tour date, or

  • A full refund.

3. Weather Conditions

Our tours operate in a variety of weather conditions. The safety of our passengers and crew is our highest priority.

The skipper's decision regarding whether a tour proceeds is final.

4. Arrival Time

Passengers should arrive at least 20 minutes before departure.

Late arrivals may result in the tour departing without you, and refunds cannot be guaranteed.

5. Safety

All passengers must:

  • Follow instructions from the skipper and crew at all times.

  • Wear the safety equipment provided.

  • Remain seated when instructed.

  • Behave responsibly throughout the tour.

Dublin Bay Sea Safaris reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a tour for any passenger whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive or affected by alcohol or drugs.

6. Health & Medical Conditions

RIB boat tours are exciting adventure experiences and may not be suitable for everyone.

For safety reasons, we recommend that guests do not participate if they:

  • Are pregnant.

  • Have serious back, neck or joint conditions.

  • Have recently undergone surgery.

  • Have medical conditions that may be aggravated by fast-moving vessels.

If you are unsure whether the tour is suitable, please contact us before booking.

7. Children

Children are welcome but must meet the minimum age and/or height requirements for the selected tour.

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated.

8. Personal Belongings

Passengers bring personal belongings entirely at their own risk.

Dublin Bay Sea Safaris accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property, including phones, cameras, sunglasses or other valuables.

9. Wildlife

Our tours provide opportunities to observe Dublin Bay's remarkable marine wildlife in its natural habitat.

While we regularly encounter seals, seabirds and other wildlife, sightings cannot be guaranteed.

We operate responsibly and respectfully around wildlife at all times.

10. Photography

Photographs or video may occasionally be taken during tours for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in marketing material, please notify a member of the crew before departure.

11. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are:

  • Valid until the expiry date shown.

  • Non-refundable.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Subject to availability when booking.

12. Limitation of Liability

Participation in marine adventure activities involves inherent risks.

By booking a tour, passengers acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Dublin Bay Sea Safaris.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited under Irish law.

13. Privacy

Personal information supplied during booking will be used solely for processing reservations, communicating with customers and complying with legal obligations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
